Tabby's Angels is a very special line of Connor Claire merchandise because 100% of the profits go toward saving the lives of homeless pets and shelter animals. 

Technically, Tabby's Angels is the charitable wing of connorclaire.com, but it's much more than that to me. It's also an ode to my best friend.

Who was Tabs?

I joke about this all the time, but I can't remember what my life was like before Tabs. He was my once-in-a-lifetime soulmate cat -- that one kitty companion you get who's so extraordinary and wonderful that everything changed when the two of you met.

I had 12 wonderful years as his “assistant” before he crossed the rainbow bridge in May of 2019, and I still think about him every day.

When I met him back in 2007, Tabs was a street cat. He was living off the land behind my apartment building in Mill Valley, California.

He was an outgoing, friendly stray without a human to boss around (Haha! It's so true, though...) or a forever home, and he was always sweet, happy and generous with purrs and love.

We would see each other on the stairs from time to time and eventually became great friends. Then one day he strolled into my apartment like he owned the place, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Why Tabby's Angels?

Because everyone deserves a friend like Tabs. I created Tabby's Angels to help cats, dogs and other homeless pets find their forever homes.

For every Tabby's Angels product sold, 100% of the profits are donated to PetSmart Charities, a nationwide organization committed to getting pets adopted and preventing unplanned litters.

PetSmart Charities funds local animal welfare groups that create solid adoption and spay/neuter programs in communities throughout North America, and in 2015 they gifted $29 million to more than 2,800 animal welfare groups.

They're accredited by the Better Business Bureau and among the top 3% of all charities ranked by Charity Navigator.
